OCS was designed to provide multiple levels of data flexibility. The product is inherently multi-tenanted and also widely adopted by various Mobile Virtual Network Enablers (MVNEs) delivering segmented services and second brands from a single instance.
Data is segmented into provider/tenant – reseller structure. Each reseller can define their own: events, services, tariffs, commercial offers, account types and groups supporting multiple bundles with account hierarchy.
Our product was designed in modular with microservice architecture pattern to achieve high resilient, flexible, scalability, low impact on other services/modules.
OCS was divided into subsystems. Each subsystem is the independent component which can be deployed and scaled independently from each other. We can identify the following substems: API Gateway, GUI, Provisioning, Alar, CDR, data, charging engine, charging interface etc.
OCS is fully manageable via an open standard RESTFul API providing 100% coverage. It means that everything can be accessed and configured via this API.
Moreover, it is compliant with Telco 3GPP standards DIAMETER Ro and Gy. Provide full coverage of DIAMETER interface with features like load-sharing, multihoming, failover. The DIAMETER interface is extensible and can be configured to support new AVPs which are required by the Network Elements.
